Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Spa Host. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with appointment scheduling, handling phone calls and emails, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and booking software.
