We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Foxhills Collection in Ottershaw. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

About the Role

  • Assist guests with reservation inquiries and bookings via phone and online channels.">
  • Provide information on room availability, rates, packages, and amenities to assist guests in making informed booking decisions.">
  • Input and manage reservation details accurately in the booking system.">
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications according to established procedures.">
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing assistance and resolving issues as needed.">
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and satisfaction.">
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or reservations environment.">
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests and colleagues.">
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.">
  • Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software.">
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs.">
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures preferred.">
