Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Ntrinsic Consulting, focusing on delivering exceptional service experience for European customers.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in data analysis and business intelligence, with a strong understanding of customer service metrics and trends.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus bonus scheme and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Improve operational efficiency by identifying areas for process enhancement
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience in data analysis and business intelligence
  • Strong understanding of customer service metrics and trends
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Possess a degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative discipline
