Account Manager Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our Samsung Electronics Perú team. This is a key role in supporting the leadership of our customer engagement and driving business through data and insights.
About the Role: As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for helping to make clear and sound recommendations on how the team can deliver sales and growth opportunities. You will also support the team to ensure we have a strong strategic partnership with our customer.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales account management workload across Tablet, Watch, Audio & Accessories Categories
- Provide accurate data and insights, collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver the IM strategy
- Closely partner with the team to support them in meeting and exceeding targets within the account (volume, value, ASP and consolidated profit) and drive market share goals
- Sales Operations - support with forecasting using internal management plan to deliver what is previously agreed with our Partner
- Supply Chain – Delivery of internal supply and management plan
- Commercial Finance – Management of commercial agreement submissions and commercial agreement actualisation
- Accounts Receivable – Support the team to safeguard and supervise finance claims processes
About You: We are looking for a multifaceted, driven and focussed individual with a track record of achievement, preferably within a commercial environment. A creative, problem solving demeanour to resolving issues and meeting targets is essential. Self-motivated and flexible to support in delivering excellent results.
