  • Encouraging others and leading project teams, challenging the status quo and being a role model for best-in-class innovative and creative plans.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in customer-centric marketing teams, using data to inform decision making.
  • Ability to develop and implement 360 TTL campaigns, using data and insights to inform your approach.
  • Experience working with media and creative agencies, as well as channel specialists.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong collaborative relationships and influencing teams across the business.
  • Experience working within a complex matrix organisation and leading cross-functional projects.
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with the ability to lead multiple projects concurrently, project manage tasks, and hit key deadlines.

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
