About the Role
As a Customer Complaint Handler Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of complaint handlers and ensuring that customer complaints are resolved in a fair and impartial manner. You will work closely with customers to understand their concerns and provide high-quality responses that meet regulatory standards.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of complaint handlers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and impartial manner.
- Develop and implement effective processes for complaint handling, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to complaint handling.
Requirements
- Proven experience in complaints handling, customer service, or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of regulatory timescales and deadlines for complaint resolution.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and professional correspondence.
