Job Summary:

The Restaurant General Manager is a leadership role that requires a high level of expertise in managing restaurant performance, coaching and developing team members, and delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs). As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for operating the restaurant as if it were your own, focusing on enhancing performance in four crucial areas: People, Customers, Sales, and Profit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Restaurant Performance: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Coach and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Deliver on KPIs: Meet or exceed sales targets, customer satisfaction goals, and other key performance indicators.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Complete weekly administrative tasks to maintain a functional and well-oiled machine that is the restaurant.
  • Run the Shop Floor: Ensure that the restaurant is running at a high standard, delighting customers and creating a memorable experience.
  • Manage Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process to bring in top talent who demonstrate the company's core values.
