Job Description

Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Restaurant Manager to lead our premium fast-paced restaurant in Exmouth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer service standards and ensure a world-class experience for customers.
  • Train, coach, and develop a high-performing team to maintain company and brand standards.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to H&S guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends, including competitor analysis, to drive business growth.
  • Be an active presence on the floor, engaging with customers and team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • High level of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Target-driven and customer service-oriented with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Highly motivated and ambitious with a passion for excellence.
