Job Description

Restaurant General Manager

Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our premium fast-paced restaurant in Exmouth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience for our customers and creating a fantastic environment for your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Customer Service Standards: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that our site meets the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Drive Sales and Site Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and ensure site profitability.
  • Train, Coach, and Develop Your Team: Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to help your team members grow and succeed in their roles.
  • Maintain Company and Brand Standards: Ensure that our site meets all company and brand standards, including health and safety guidelines.
  • Achieve Store and Company KPIs: Work closely with our operations team to achieve store and company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Current Trends: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, including competitor analysis, to ensure that our site remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: You must have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment, with a strong background in hospitality management.
  • Leadership Skills: You must be able to demonstrate high levels of operational, leadership, planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Target Driven: You must be target-driven and customer-service orientated, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Motivated and Ambitious: You must be highly motivated and ambitious, with a strong desire to succeed in your role.
  • Self-Starter: You must be a self-starter with a can-do attitude, able to take initiative and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
