Restaurant General Manager Job Description

Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our premium fast-paced restaurant in Exmouth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience for our customers and creating a fantastic environment for your team.

About the Role

  • Drive Customer Service Standards: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that our site meets the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Drive Sales and Site Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve site profitability, while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Train, Coach and Develop Your Team: Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Maintain Company and Brand Standards: Ensure that our site meets all company and brand standards, including health and safety guidelines.
  • Achieve Store and Company KPIs: Work with your team to achieve store and company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, including competitor analysis, to ensure that our site remains competitive and innovative.
