Restaurant General Manager | Hospitality | Exmouth | Salary up to £40,000 plus generous bonus

Zachary Daniels is seeking a seasoned Restaurant General Manager to lead our premium fast-paced restaurant in Exmouth. With a salary of up to £40,000 plus an impressive bonus scheme and benefits, we are looking for a General Manager who is passionate about delivering a world-class experience for customers and creating a fantastic environment for their team.

Our client is a leading player in the industry, with exciting expansion plans for the future. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer service standards, sales, and site profitability. You will also be responsible for training, coaching, and developing your team, ensuring that company and brand standards are maintained, and adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer service standards in your site.
  • Drive sales and ensure site profitability.
  • Train, coach, and develop your team.
  • Maintain company and brand standards.
  • Achieve store and company KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead from the front and be the face of the business.
  • High level of operational, leadership, planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Target-driven and customer service-oriented.
  • Highly motivated and ambitious.
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude.
