Zachary Daniels is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Operations Manager to lead a premium fast-paced restaurant in the hospitality industry. With a salary of up to £40,000 plus an impressive bonus scheme and benefits, we are looking for a highly skilled Operations Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a fantastic work environment for their team.

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer service standards, driving sales, and ensuring site profitability. You will also be responsible for training, coaching, and developing your team, maintaining company and brand standards, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and achieving store and company key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer service standards in your site.
  • Drive sales and ensure site profitability.

  • Stay up-to-date with current trends and competitor analysis.
