About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Drive customer service standards in your site, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience.
  • Sales and Profitability: Drive sales and ensure site profitability through effective management of inventory, labor, and expenses.
  • Team Management: Train, coach, and develop your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain company and brand standards, adhering to health and safety guidelines and ensuring that all operational procedures are followed.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve store and company KPIs, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with current trends and competitor analysis to ensure that our business remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to demonstrate high levels of operational, leadership, planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Target Driven: Target-driven and customer service-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Motivation: Highly motivated and ambitious, with a can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
