Job Description

Restaurant General Manager

Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our premium fast-paced restaurant in Exmouth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer service standards and ensure a world-class experience for customers
  • Train, coach, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain company and brand standards, adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends, including competitor analysis, to inform business decisions
  • Be visible on the floor, leading by example and demonstrating a high level of operational, leadership, planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Be target-driven and customer-service-oriented, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations

Requirements:

  • Previous management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
