Job Summary:

The Restaurant General Manager is a leadership role that requires a high level of expertise in managing restaurant performance, coaching and training teams, and delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs). As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for operating the restaurant as if it were your own, focusing on enhancing performance in four crucial areas: People, Customers, Sales, and Profit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the restaurant's performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Coach, train, and engage your team to grow them to become their best selves.
  • Deliver on KPIs to ensure the restaurant meets excellent standards.
  • Perform weekly administrative tasks to maintain a functional and well-oiled machine.
  • Run the shop floor to a high standard, delighting customers and creating a memorable experience.
  • Manage the restaurant's recruitment process, bringing in the best talent who demonstrate our core values: smart, heart, courage.
