At EG Group, we're looking for a Restaurant General Manager to lead our team to success. As a Restaurant General Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the restaurant's performance, coaching and training your team, and delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure our high standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the restaurant's performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

• Coach, train, and engage your team to help them grow and develop in their roles.

• Deliver on KPIs to ensure the restaurant meets our excellent standards.

• Perform weekly administrative tasks to maintain a functional and well-oiled machine.

• Run the shop floor to a high standard, delighting our customers and creating a memorable experience.

• Manage the recruitment process to bring in the best talent who demonstrate our core values: smart, heart, and courage.
