About the Position:

The selected candidate will play a critical role in supporting the teaching staff and ensuring the continued success of our primary school. Key responsibilities include classroom supervision, student support, and contributing to the development of engaging lesson plans.


Key Duties:

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for:



  • Leading classes and delivering engaging lesson plans.
  • Providing targeted support to students who require additional help.
  • Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborating with other teachers to develop and implement effective strategies for student progress.
  • Supporting students with pastoral needs under the guidance of a Head of Year or SENCO.
