Nurse Leadership Position

Barchester Healthcare is looking for a Clinical Development Nurse to lead our nursing homes in Oxfordshire & Northamptonshire. This exciting role will see you overseeing the quality of care for our residents, ensuring every home meets the highest clinical standards.

As an RGN, you'll bring your extensive experience of resident/patient care and management of chronic diseases such as diabetes or asthma. You'll review and analyse our KPIs, identify strategies to improve care delivery and work closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists and senior clinical staff to implement key actions. This is a leadership position that requires a sharp analytical mind, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

You'll need to be equipped with a current NMC registration, RN (General) and evidence of continued professional development. In return, you'll receive a competitive salary of £62,500, a car allowance of £6,500 and other benefits, including free learning and development, retail discounts and a mentor bonus scheme.
