Transformative Leadership Opportunity in Children's Services

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to spearhead our residential children's services, driving positive change and excellence in care.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 and an array of benefits.

About the Role

As a senior leader, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality services, ensuring regulatory compliance and managing a dedicated team. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing placement plans, overseeing parenting assessments, guiding staff supervision, and addressing safeguarding concerns.

You will work closely with Local Authorities, schools, and health services to achieve optimal outcomes for young people. Upholding Residential Family Centre Regulations and National Minimum Standards is essential, as well as preparing for regulatory inspections.

Your Background

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record as a Registered Manager, Home Manager, Care Manager, or similar role.
  • Recent experience within the last 5 years in managing residential care or children's services.
  • A background in achieving high ratings from OFSTED or improving home ratings.
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Management or equivalent qualification in social work.
  • An in-depth understanding of safeguarding and child protection processes.
