Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to planning applications and other regulatory application procedures, carrying out design-stage risk assessments, administering contracts and project certifications. You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including those in Education, Commercial & Industrial, Healthcare, Leisure & Arts, Residential and Sports / recreational spaces.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A degree in Architectural Technology or a HNC/HND in a related field.
- CIAT membership (desirable)
- At least 5 years of industry experience.
- Revit proficiency would be highly advantageous.
- Detailing and Building Regulation knowledge essential.
- Experience working in a team along with being comfortable working autonomously.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
