Job Title: Care Quality Improvement Director

Barchester Healthcare is a leading healthcare provider seeking a highly experienced Care Quality Improvement Director to drive clinical excellence and quality of care across our nursing homes in Oxfordshire & Northamptonshire. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with a proven track record in quality improvement and regulatory compliance.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a team of nurses, focusing on improving patient care and outcomes. The successful candidate will work closely with Regional Directors, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to identify areas for improvement and implement practical strategies to address these issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop practical strategies to address these issues
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to implement key actions
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies

Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess:
  • A current NMC registration as an RN (General)
  • Evidence of continued professional development
  • At least 10 years' experience working in a care home environment
  • A strong understanding of current regulatory requirements

Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of £80,000 per annum, car allowance of £6,500, mobile phone, laptop, free learning and development, retail discounts, leisure savings, holiday and travel discounts, and a mentor bonus scheme.
