Construction Site Agent

Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking a skilled Construction Site Agent to join our team in Kettering, England.

This exciting opportunity will see you working as a liaison between project managers and reporting progress on various construction projects. Your supervisory skills will be essential in overseeing contracted staff, while your ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors will ensure seamless project execution.

1. Liaise with project managers to report progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
2. Supervise contracted staff to guarantee high-quality work and adhere to company standards.
3. Maintain continuous communication with subcontractors to ensure their requirements are met and issues are resolved promptly.
4. Conduct regular safety inspections to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
5. Prepare site reports, designs, and drawings, and maintain quality control procedures to guarantee excellence.
6. Assist project managers with administrative tasks and ensure all changes are reported and controlled.
7. Carry out routine site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
8. Maintain open communication with project teams to ensure everyone is informed and aligned with project goals.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
