Care Home Quality Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Clinical Development Nurse to join our team in Oxfordshire & Northamptonshire. This role will see you working closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists and senior clinical staff to ensure our nursing homes meet the highest clinical standards.
As an RGN, you'll bring your extensive experience of resident/patient care and management of chronic diseases such as diabetes or asthma. You'll review and analyse our KPIs, identify strategies to improve care delivery and implement key actions to drive continuous improvement. This is a leadership position that requires a sharp analytical mind, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
You'll need to be equipped with a current NMC registration, RN (General) and evidence of continued professional development. In return, you'll receive a competitive salary of £65,000, a car allowance of £6,500 and other benefits, including free learning and development, retail discounts and a mentor bonus scheme.
