- Conducting building control surveying activities, including site inspections, plan appraisals, and responding to customer enquiries.
- Proactively managing contravening building works and enforcing building regulations.
- Investigating alleged breaches of building regulations, gathering evidence, and attending court as required.
A relevant qualification, such as a NEBOSH Certificate in Asbestos Management, or equivalent experience, is essential for this role.
The estimated salary range for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
