Lead the Way in Sports and Fitness

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a state-of-the-art sports centre in Kettering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of service, safety, and cleanliness.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a management role within sales, sports, fitness, or hospitality industry. They will be able to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, financial performance, and facility maintenance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and develop a diverse team of fitness and administrative staff.
  • Member Engagement: Drive member engagement, retention, and acquisition through strategic programs and marketing.
  • Fitness Programs: Enhance and expand fitness and sports programs to meet member needs and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Sports Centre Operations: Strong knowledge of sports centre operations, event management, and health club facilities.
