Asbestos Surveyor Expert

A leading service provider in the East Midlands seeks an Asbestos Surveyor to conduct thorough asbestos surveys, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate has experience working in a local authority environment.

The role involves providing expert advice to ensure the safety of council properties and the community.

Key responsibilities:

• Carry out building control surveying activities, including site inspections, plan appraisals, and responding to customer enquiries.
• Proactively manage contravening building works and enforce building regulations.
• Investigate alleged breaches of building regulations, gather evidence, and attend court as required.

To be considered, you will require a NEBOSH Certificate in Asbestos Management or equivalent qualification or experience, and a valid driving license.

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
