Care Home Quality Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Clinical Development Nurse to lead and support our nursing homes in Oxfordshire & Northamptonshire, including Brackley, Chipping Norton, Kettering and Northampton. This role will oversee the quality of care for our residents and ensure every home meets the highest clinical standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong practice nursing experience, with extensive knowledge of resident/patient care and management of chronic diseases such as diabetes or asthma. As an RGN, you'll review and analyse our KPIs and identify strategies to improve care delivery. You'll work closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists and senior clinical staff to implement key actions and drive continuous improvement.

This is a leadership position that requires a sharp analytical mind, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care. If you're equipped with a current NMC registration, RN (General) and evidence of continued professional development, we'd love to hear from you.

In return, you'll receive a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus a car allowance of £6,500 and other benefits, including free learning and development, retail discounts and a mentor bonus scheme.
