Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality lessons across various subjects and year groups, following the school's curriculum and ensuring student engagement.
  2. Adapt to different classroom settings, quickly establishing rapport with students and staff.
  3. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  4. Support students' learning needs, providing feedback and encouragement to promote their development.
  5. Collaborate with staff to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of learning for students during teacher absences.
What We're Looking For:
  1. A qualified teacher with relevant experience, preferably in a primary school setting.
  2. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different teaching styles and environments.
  3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
  4. A positive, flexible attitude, with a commitment to supporting every child's educational journey.
  5. Availability to work on short notice and a willingness to take on various teaching assignments.
Estimated Salary:

£30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
