Office Administrator/Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Office Administrator/Receptionist at our High Wycombe office. As the first point of contact for people at Bucks Mind, you will provide a friendly and efficient service, ensuring that all visitors are welcomed and their needs are appropriately met.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide reception duties, including managing incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
- Log all incoming communications on the Bucks Mind CRM system.
- Oversee the Bucks Mind room booking system and monitor and order stationery and office/cleaning supplies.
- Work with the H&S Lead and Quality Lead to coordinate any work that needs doing in the High Wycombe premises.
- Ensure the environment at High Wycombe is maintained in good order to support wellbeing of staff, volunteers, and people we support.
- Support the ICT Lead with basic setup and asset logging of IT equipment and IT induction for new starters.
- Carry out safety walk-throughs for new starters and train staff in the use of the fire evacuation chair.
- Provide additional administrative support to the Quality Team and senior staff members as required.
- Experience in a public-facing reception role or similar.
- Solid office administration experience.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage own workload and manage conflicting priorities using a proactive approach.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal day-to-day supervision.
- Basic understanding of Health and Safety and comfortable with overseeing building security.
