- Onboarding new hires by preparing their workspace and managing initial paperwork.
- Coordinating staff events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Financial & Budget Management:
- Tracking office-related expenses and managing budgets for office supplies and other administrative costs.
- Processing invoices, managing petty cash, and liaising with the finance department.
- Policy Implementation:
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Implementing and improving office procedures and systems.
- Monitoring health and safety regulations.
- Technology Management:
- Liaising with IT support to ensure all office technology functions smoothly.
- Troubleshooting basic office tech issues and managing access to systems.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm, with 1 hour for lunch.
