  • Office Operations Management:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.

    • Handling incoming calls, emails, and mail.
  • Staff Coordination:
    • First point of contact for employees regarding office-related issues and HR inquiries.
    • Onboarding new hires by preparing their workspace and managing initial paperwork.
    • Coordinating staff events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Financial & Budget Management:
    • Tracking office-related expenses and managing budgets for office supplies and other administrative costs.
    • Processing invoices, managing petty cash, and liaising with the finance department.
  • Policy Implementation:
    • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
    • Implementing and improving office procedures and systems.
    • Monitoring health and safety regulations.
  • Technology Management:
    • Liaising with IT support to ensure all office technology functions smoothly.
    • Troubleshooting basic office tech issues and managing access to systems.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm, with 1 hour for lunch.
