Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: High Wycombe area

Hours: 8am-5pm – 40 hour week - Monday - Friday

Estimated Salary: £23,795 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team in High Wycombe. As an Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for providing excellent service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone or email
  • Liaise with external colleagues and support the field-based team with arranging appointments
  • Log all correspondence on the internal system
  • Perform other office administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of working within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
