Trainee Paraplanner Role

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team as a Trainee Paraplanner. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and build a successful career in financial services.
About the RoleThis Trainee Paraplanner position involves general administration, client liaison, and managing applications. You will work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support, including new business, client liaison, and preparing packs and documents.
- Collaborating with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements:
- [2-5 years'] experience as an administrator or paraplanner, with an understanding of the demands of this industry.
- A strong desire to build your professional career in financial services.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Office programs, particularly Excel and Word.
- A team-player mentality, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
