About the JobThis Trainee Paraplanner position offers a unique chance to build a successful career in financial services. You will provide administrative support, manage applications, and work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support, including new business, client liaison, and preparing packs and documents.
- Collaborating with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements:
- [2-5 years'] experience as an administrator or paraplanner, with an understanding of the demands of this industry.
- A strong desire to build your professional career in financial services.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Office programs, particularly Excel and Word.
- A team-player mentality, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
