Regional Sales Acceleration Expert

As a Regional Sales Acceleration Expert at SAP, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our oCFO solutions Software License Revenue within the region. This position requires a deep understanding of customer requirements and a commitment to delivering value.
Key Responsibilities
- Align SAP solutions with customer strategic objectives and develop best practice account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth.
- Establish strong management and CFO relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to value.
- Actively understand each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy, and competitive landscape.
- Lead designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive business plans to address customer and prospects priorities and pain points.
- Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline.
- Execute the sales strategy and roadmap to advance and close sales opportunities.
- Build and share best practice sales and negotiation skills.
- Execute White Space analysis and initiatives on the customer base.
- Deploy appropriate teams to execute winning sales cycles.
- Effectively position SAP's solutions against the competition.
- Maintain CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information.
- Experience in sales of complex enterprise Software, ideally with Finance, Treasury, GRC, and Order to Cash SaaS solutions.
- Experience selling and aligning sales strategy with business model innovations and digital transformations against customer challenges.
- Consistent over-achievement of quotas and revenue goals.
- Business acumen to communicate at the CFO, CTO, CIO, and other CxO levels.
- Understanding of Financial and Order to Cash processes and business value.
- Multi-industry sales experience.
- Proven track record in business application software sales.
- Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns.
- Exceptional contractual and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
