Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Operations Lead to join our Creator Success Operations team. This role will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for our valued partners and creators.
About the JobAs a Strategic Partnership Operations Lead, you will work on project documents, take notes, meet deadlines, communicate obstacles, manage time, and follow plans. You will also execute solutions with regular support from peers or community based on user/partner/client business objectives and technical requirements that have been previously defined, developed, and approved.
In this role, you will identify trends of solutions across users, partners, or clients and collaborate with internal teams to mitigate risks in the future with guidance. You will define long-term solution strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams and influence the direction and priority of technical product features or the solution.
Key Responsibilities- Work on project documents, take notes, meet deadlines, communicate obstacles, manage time, and follow plans.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
