At Beam, we are looking for a Strategic Partnership Lead to join our team and help us drive growth in the justice sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching and building a strong pipeline of partnerships, as well as developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve business objectives.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company that is making a real difference in society. You will work closely with our Product and Sales teams to identify new areas of growth and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.

The successful candidate will have a competitive salary of £90k-£110k base, with an OTE of £110k-£130k alongside EMI-qualifying share options. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits, including access to therapy, coaching, classes & content, and discounted bike and accessories.
