Job Description

At Motability Operations Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with industry stakeholders and disability groups.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 depending on location and experience.

About the Role
This is a full-time position that will involve working closely with the Head of Public Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement to develop and implement strategies for engaging with industry and disability groups. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of relationships with industry and disability groups through regular meetings, events, and communications.
  • Work closely with the Public Affairs and Stakeholder team to plan and execute events, such as conferences, seminars, and workshops.
  • Provide situational awareness of the automotive and mobility sectors to the wider Corporate Affairs team.
  • Support the delivery of joint projects with the Motability Foundation and the Joint Public Affairs Plan.
  • Work with retained agencies to disseminate insight to the wider organisation.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have:Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and events planning.An understanding of, and preferably experience in, the Automotive/Mobility Sector.A strong communicator who can build and manage relationships with key external stakeholders, the Motability Foundation, and internally within Motability Operations.
