In this challenging and rewarding role, you will lead the development and execution of sales strategies to drive growth in a key customer relationship. As Sales Growth Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and market share
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the customer organization
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
- Proven track record of driving sales growth in retail FMCG environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adapting to different situations and audiences
- Ability to negotiate and agree on commercial terms and strategic agreements
We offer a competitive salary package of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonuses. Our company has a long history of innovation and excellence in the coffee and tea industry.
