Wholesale Relationship Director

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Wholesale Relationship Director at Jacobs Douwe Egberts. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key relationships with Convenience and Wholesale customers, developing commercial opportunities to drive business growth. You will take ownership of customer relationships, balancing external requirements with internal support from a cross-functional team.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven UK account executive and management experience in retail FMCG environments
- Experience dealing with wholesale sector customers
- Strong organisational skills with ability to work with others to deliver customer strategies
- Demonstrated NSV growth achievement and ability to seek out further growth
- Strategic capability, strong internal networks, and cross-functional relationship building skills
- Able to deal with ambiguity, lack of data, and handle difficult customer conversations
- Degree educated (or equivalent)
