We are seeking a talented Learning and Development Business Partner to join our OCS UK & Ireland team. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and oversee content creation and utilization of the LMS academy.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in instructional design, delivery of training, and management development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
