Learning and Development Strategic Partner

As a Learning and Development Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving and enhancing the learning and development strategy across the organisation.
You will be responsible for designing and delivering training programmes, conducting training needs analysis, overseeing and supporting the content creation and utilization of the LMS academy along with all mandatory compliance training and supporting management and leadership capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a team of direct reports and will bring a creative data-driven approach to learning initiatives, partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to identify development needs and implement solutions that foster individual, and organisations growth supported by the Head of Learning and Development.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities...
- Partner with stakeholders to assess training needs and identify performance gaps.
- Design, develop, and implement effective learning programs aligned with business objectives.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to support talent management and succession planning efforts.
This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits including a generous pension scheme and opportunities for career development.
