We are seeking a creative dynamic Learning and Development Business Partner reporting into the Head of Learning & Development for the UK&I business.

The successful candidate will have a team of direct reports and will bring a creative data-driven approach to learning initiatives, partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to identify development needs and implement solutions that foster individual, and organisational growth supported by the Head of Learning and Development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with stakeholders to assess training needs and identify performance gaps.
  • Design, develop, and implement effective learning programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

The salary for this role is estimated at £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is an office-based role at our Ipswich office and Training centre, although a requirement to also travel UK wide for business requirements.
