The Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Learning and Development Business Partner who will report into the Head of Learning & Development for the UK&I business. As part of this role, you will be responsible for driving and enhancing the learning and development strategy across the organisation. This involves designing and delivering training programmes, conducting training needs analysis, overseeing content creation and utilisation of the LMS academy, and implementing solutions that foster individual and organisational growth.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A Level, Level 5 or degree qualified preferably in Learning and Development, coaching, HR or business.
  • Extensive experience in learning and development, organisational development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in instructional design and delivery of training, including management and leadership development and coaching practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) essential and other training technologies.

Location:

This is an office-based role at our Ipswich office and Training centre, although there may be requirements to travel UK-wide for business purposes.
