Organisational Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our day-to-day HR operations. As part of our CV-Library team, you will play a vital role in driving organisational development and delivering a best-in-class employee experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert guidance on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance.
- Developing and implementing effective training and development plans for employees.
- Leading the recruitment and selection process, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.
- Building strong relationships with colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs.
- Ensuring accurate management of employee data, adhering to relevant legislation.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proven expertise in employment law, equal opportunities, and health and safety.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite.
