Youth Physical Development Lead

The Royal Hospital School is seeking a Youth Physical Development Lead to join our Sports Department. This role will involve developing and implementing a comprehensive strength and conditioning program for our pupils.

You will work closely with our sports coaches to design and deliver training sessions that cater to the specific needs of each sport. Your goal will be to improve the performance and safety of our pupils, while also promoting a culture of strength and conditioning throughout the school.

We are looking for someone who has a strong background in athletic development, including experience with pupil athletes. A UKSCA or CSCS accreditation is desirable, but not essential. You will be responsible for ensuring that all pupils receive the best possible coaching, regardless of their sport or ability.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
