Job Summary

The Royal Hospital Sports Department is seeking to appoint a Full Time 'Athletic Development Lead' to deliver high-quality coaching to pupils. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing a strength and conditioning programme that prioritizes youth physical development.

This role requires a qualified Athletic Development Lead (UKSCA or CSCS accredited or working towards this qualification) with a thorough understanding of training principles. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with coaches in various sports to achieve the best possible outcome for our pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality coaching sessions to pupils in a variety of settings, including gym and outdoor locations
  • Work alongside fellow fitness professionals to develop a comprehensive strength and conditioning programme
  • Collaborate with coaches to ensure the programme meets the needs of pupils across different sports

Requirements:

  • Qualified Athletic Development Lead (UKSCA or CSCS accredited or working towards this qualification)
  • Strong understanding of training principles and youth physical development
  • Able to work collaboratively with coaches in various sports

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
