About the Role:

As a Claims Service Specialist at WTW, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers excellent client service. The team is made up of colleagues in the UK and India who work closely with other areas of the business to provide a comprehensive claims service.

The role involves handling a variety of claims, including Employers Liability, Public Liability, Personal Injury, Property, Disease, Traditional, and Motor claims. You will be required to deliver high-quality claims service to all clients, ensuring that Key Client Outcomes are met to pre-defined service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocation Management: Manage small allocations of low-level claims handling
  • Technical Knowledge: Understand the Insurance Industry and claims handling
  • KPI/SLA Management: Monitor Key Client Outcomes and take appropriate action to deliver pre-defined service standards
  • Financial Management: Comply with all aspects of the WTW financial processes
  • Client Management: Deal with day-to-day client queries competently, in line with WTW values
  • Quality Management: Understand and comply with the audit process
  • Mentoring & Coaching: Provide non-technical training and coaching as required

Requirements:

  • Understanding of Insurance Industry and claims handling
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
