The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing an allocation of low-value claims
  • Understanding the insurance industry and claims handling processes
  • Taking individual ownership while working as a team to monitor key client outcomes and take appropriate action to deliver pre-defined service standards
  • Complying with all aspects of WTW's financial processes and adhering to the reserving process within given authority
  • Dealing with day-to-day client queries competently and in line with WTW values
  • Understanding and complying with the audit process and supporting the Continuous Improvement Forum
