Job Overview

The Learning and Development Lead at Willis Towers Watson will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of employees. Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously update training programs to reflect the latest technological advancements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align training programs with organisational goals and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of current technologies and software applications.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to design engaging and effective training materials.
  • Proficiency in E-learning platforms and tools.
  • Ability to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness.

Benefits:

Willis Towers Watson offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, the company provides a hybrid work arrangement, allowing colleagues to work from home or in-office as needed.
