We are seeking a talented Learning and Development Business Partner to support us in this goal. The successful candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, organisational development, or a related field.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Partner with stakeholders to assess training needs and identify performance gaps.
  • Design, develop, and implement effective learning programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

The salary for this role is estimated at £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is an office-based role at our Ipswich office and Training centre, although a requirement to also travel UK wide for business requirements.
